WAWFL votes Allomes as Vice PresidentWednesday, November 11, 2015 - 12:25 PM

Held on Tuesday 10 November at the Department of Sport and Recreation, the 2015 WAWFL AGM saw our WAWFL clubs confirm the appointment of Sally Allomes into the Vice President role, a role Sally has been acting in since early 2015.

Joining Sally on the WAWFL Board will be Danielle Fagents, who was re-elected into a General Board Member three-year term. Danielle has just finished a one-year term on the board as WAWFL Treasurer and is a fantastic addition to the WAWFL.

The WAWFL Board will also be joined by new General Board Member Sarah Campbell, who has been acting as a Board Member for the majority of the 2015 season. Sarah takes on a secretriat role, and has been a welcome addition throughout the season.

The newly appointed Vice President, along with the re-instated Members will serve three-year terms beginning in November 2015, and continuing through to November 2018.

The Board looks forward to another exciting season of female football ahead of us in 2016, as we edge ever closer to a national Women's AFL competition in 2017.
