May 9 - 15 is celebrated throughout Australia as National Volunteer Week. The week is an annual celebration to acknowledge the generous contribution of volunteers around Australia.

Without Volunteers, the WA Women's Football League would simply not exist. Volunteers help govern, run, operate and maintain every aspect of our League.

To celebrate the contribution to our game by volunteers, the WAWFL offered each club the opportunity to nominate a volunteer whose contribution the club would like to reward. The winners will receive a $50 Coles Myer voucher.
